Every Pocket Love item connects to a digital thread where people can:

When people add their location, you can actually see where the love has traveled on a map. So that one small moment when you gave someone a token? Yeah… it might end up in another city… another state… another country.

It’s basically a hug… disguised as a logo. 💞

If a private journal is scanned by someone who isn’t approved, they’ll see a friendly note letting them know it’s private and to request the share link from you. You’re in control of your space — always.

Most blankets are made with ultra-soft polyester minky (aka: peak coziness).

Some include a bit of stretch for that extra “never want to leave this blanket” feel. QR tags are laser engraved on high-quality faux suede.

Just be mindful not to aggressively rub the QR tag so it stays scannable. And don’t forget to keep the journal love tank full. 💛

Great question — and very intentional. 😉

Tokens and pocket hugs are what we call “floating items.” They’re designed to move freely, be passed along, and travel from person to person (forever, ideally). Because of that, they aren’t tied to one account.

Instead, you stay connected by posting in the thread, following the journey, and watching the ripple grow. So while you don’t own the token… you are part of its story. 💫

• Picture icon — add an image from your phone or snap one in real time. Up to 5 images per post.
• Map icon — tag your general location (city, state) so you can share the token’s journey with others.
• Incognito icon — privacy matters. Enabling this tags your post as “anonymous” so your account name isn’t displayed.

A few things to check:

• Same account? Let’s face it — we all have a collection of email accounts these days. Make sure you haven’t accidentally set up more than one, and that you’re using the same account you originally posted from.
• Were you logged in when you posted? We offer to keep you logged in between visits, but if you posted while logged out (or as a guest), the post may not be stored to your account.
• Did you have an account yet? If you posted as a guest before creating an account, we may not have been able to link that post to you retroactively.

Posting as a guest lets you contribute to a thread without setting up an account. (We’ll give you a handful of chances to do this so you can see what this movement is all about!)

Incognito mode is for registered users who want to post anonymously at any time, so their account name isn’t displayed in a thread.
